Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time and begins after payment is confirmed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping
- International Standard: 10-21 business days
- International Express: 5-10 business days
International shipping times may vary due to customs processing and local delivery services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We offer:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 within the United States
- Flat Rate Shipping options for most domestic orders
- Calculated Shipping for international orders based on destination
Order Fulfillment
As a dropshipping business, your orders are fulfilled by our trusted supplier partners. This means:
- Products may ship from different locations
- Large orders may arrive in multiple packages
- Each package will have its own tracking number
- Delivery dates may vary between packages
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking information
- Tracking number(s) for each package
- Carrier information (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
You can track your package directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
Delivery Information
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning packages to the sender. If you miss a delivery, contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery or pickup.
Signature Requirements
Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
International Shipping Details

International customers are responsible for:

Restricted Countries

Military and APO/FPO Addresses
We proudly support our military personnel and ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please note:
- Delivery times may be extended
- Some shipping methods may not be available
